Rabi promises before the Lord Jagannath, to revive Odisha from the darkness.
The darkness of illiteracy, hunger, and poverty.
Rabi, a Computer Engineer based out of USA comes to his native place Odisha to PRESENT IMPLEMENT the Global Dream City Model to the Government of ODISHA.
Corrupt politicians ask for a bribe to consider the model.
His proposal was rejected by Politicians n Managers Beurocrats without being entertained.
As per them All is well here.
Pretend as if the government is doing well
and they don’t need any US-based model to be implemented in DARK STATE LIKE ODISHA
Rabi was insulted and humiliated before the officials.
This hurts him a lot .
His DREAM was to Go Back to India and give FREEDOM to his state and the nation
Like the FATHER OF THE NATION Mohan Das Karam Chand Gandhi, Subhas Bose ..

He has to go RUN back to USA

Now
Rabi in the USA always facing humiliation as he belongs to Odisha, the poorest state of India
People are still fighting in for the basic necessity ..like an animal with poverty & livelihood ..the politicians and government beurocrats are enjoying a luxurious life with people’s money
When Rabi returned to the US being a failure, his friends joke about his attempt to implement DREAM CITY...OR BLODDY DUMB CITY ...ALL THESE ARE SLAVES WHO WILL SELL N SLAVE THEIR ASS FOR $$..

You people are always a mindset of a slave.
The majority of politicians are not educated.
All are criminals ..Mafias who are here to loot Public Money
They act like (Dabang) power-hungry people.
Most of the people are still fighting for the Roti, Kapda & Makaan.
They are all self-centered, and that’s why it’s not possible to change their mindset.
He also added that all the efforts of 5 years to develop this project become zero.

Rabi gets irritated and stops the music & goes for taking shower.
Under the shower, he thinks about His Promises to his motherland and comes out.
He tries to impellent the same project with RAJU a friend whom he knew when he was in India
Raju is a young man, staying at his own house in a rural village in Odisha.
He is a B Tech engineer but still not getting any job.
He passes his time with his village friends who are poor, illiterate, and doing small jobs around them.
Raju is in love with Rani who is continuing her engineering.
Call from the USA comes to Raju while he is moving around the countryside with his girlfriend.
The call was from Rabi, who knows Raju earlier when he had been to Odisha before.
Rabi start rebuking him regarding the failure of the Democratic Government
Which is corrupt characterless
regarding the educated fools youth like him, simultaneously he stated that

Raju is fully humiliated before his friends, His self-respect is gone.. he can’t answer Rabi.
He cuts the phone.
After a while, he called back Rabi & says “
So what you did actually. Even you are part of Odisha.
Why don’t you tell yourself what you told me ?”
Then Rabi answers
“ if you really want to know, what I did for it,

He describes the solution for which he spent a lot of time developing the project. He also narrates why he failed to implement it. After that, they both come to the solution, how the project can be implemented from the village where Raju is staying as India is a land of Village.
We must build villages first along with cities
Raju n Rani are inspired and they are ready to implement the project in ODISHA
Now Raju is changed a lot.
He started pulling people to convince them to make his village a
GLOBAL DREAM CITY, where there will be no poverty,
WORLD CLASS education system
24/7 power supply
Organic farming
Global fashion Hub
high-speed internet and communication system.
Chapter 2 – ( Failure Of Raju )
In spite of all his effort, Raju becomes a failure.
None of the villagers accept his concepts. Rather they started joking about him. Suggest him to do a job and settle. Even his girlfriend Pinky also suggests he should leave all this bullshit of nation-building. She describes how people in politics are so corrupt. And in India, it will never happen until the government people are clean. Raju tried a lot to convince the people but fell flat. Then he decided to leave the project & called Rabi for his resignation.
Rabi listens to every thing of Raju.
He also never forces Raju to continue. But requests him to listen to a story before taking the final decision.
Rabi started describing the life of a slave.
We the people of India were once the slaves of kings, Mughals, and Britishers and now the slaves of dirty politics.
There is no change TILL TODAY
75+ YEARS OF HISTORY HAS BROUGH NOTHING..
BETTER TO BE SLAVES THAN FREEDOM
Then If we can't realize what we are actually, then there is no meaning of feeling proud of being Indian.
For the global scenario, we become the crowd of HYPOCRITES.
If we can’t be a part of the change, we should not indicate anyone.
This made Raju thoughtful.
He now thinks like a rebel.
At any cost, he has to make the project successful.
Chapter – 3 ( Pressure of Rabi )
Here in Rabi’s mind, there is a huge challenge to FUND the project
The project needs START UP FUND—RS 100 CRORE [$12 MILLION]
At Raju’s end, he has no supporters yet.
Rabi started awarding of the Indians who stay in the USA.
He stated campaigns among them, for FUNDING THE PROJECT.

Initially people take this lightly, but gradually seeing Rabi,Raju and RANIs individual effort, PEOPLE started INVESTING money towards the DREAM nation-building movement.
Chapter – 4 ( Planning and Execution )
Raju started calculating the resources and the drawbacks of his village.
The basic drawback is lack of education, lack of communication, Lack of energy ( electricity ), Malnutrition, lack of women empowerment & unsystematic agriculture.
Where the advantage is low labor cost, human resources, and land resources.
He trained people on how to make more money and more crops through organic farming.
Then he stops the farmer to sell their crops in the public market to businessmen, rather he made a private Haat ( vending zone ) outskirt of the village where the farmers can sell their organic crops at retail price.
RAJU AND RANI BECOMES AN ASSOCIATE OF RABISLIST.COM APP for that and promote it locally .
RABISLIST Delivery APP TO DELIVER with the help of the village young boys through a mobile app.
Simultaneously he planted solar energy panels in every house for the backup of electricity at the time of load shedding.
Now the village has a 24/7 electricity supply.
For the startup investment,
Rabi spend all his SAVINGS from the USA.
Gradually the economy of the farmer grows.
People are now very much happy and trusted Raju more than before.
